Salt Wood KITCHEN & OYSTERETTE ON MONTEREY BAY Salt Wood, is a locally driven restaurant at Sanctuary Beach Resort, offering an authentic experience in the heart of California’s Central Coast. Salt Wood is named after the elements central to our locale and conception, the ocean and our live wood fired grill and is intent on creating a fun, lively, and approachable dining experience among the Marina dunes. The bounty offered up by our unique coastal location are prepared with care by Chef’s native to the area, and using traditional wood fired cooking methods which allows the team at Salt Wood to create dishes.
